TROUBLE & STRIFE GUILD INFO
Welcome to Trouble and Strife, please read the below information carefully.
EXPECTATIONS
1. If you sign up for a raid, be there or make apologies before hand, ingame, ingame mail, website, SMS, you can probably manage something. Come prepared with Flasks for 4 hours and food for 4 hours, as well as any other consumables you will need for a night of raiding.
2. Make sure you research all bosses you are going to be attempting before the raid.
3.Farm mats to help with raiding prior to raid ie. fishing, herbing (pots and flasks), disenchanting (for on spot chants), mining (on spot gems)
4. We are a mature guild and respect one another. T-Bagging, profanity, mysogyny, trolling, loot ninja'ing and homophobia are not welcome. Such activity that brings the guild into disrepute is also not welcome. As such penalties such as demotions, ep minuses or guild kicks will be applied. 3 strikes and you will be out.
5. Any concerns you have with the way the guild is run or about another player, must be brought to an officer or GL or GM only. We do not want players to be singled out or ridiculed. We wish to deal with the problem quickly and tactfully.
6. We encourage you to communicate and voice ideas and opinions on the forums. This is where and how most decisions are made. You will miss out on vital information if you do not check them.
7. Do not expect you will be chosen to raid, every raid. Be happy to sit on standby or even put your hand up to sit out to allow specific combinations, people to go in your stead.
What We Are Looking For In You:
-High raid awareness
-Gives 100%
-A sense of humor.
-Someone who understands a joke is a joke and doesn't read into something that isn't there. We want a person, not a drone.
-Vocal!!! We want our members to be able to speak comfortably about things
-Open to constructive criticism.
-someone who is helpful and friendly, runs dungeons with others, helps craft things for others, answers people''s questions , offers advice to queries or problems.
-a positive can do attitude (no negative comments whinging)
- modesty (no gloating about how leet you supposedly are and putting others down)
We have begun a new tradition for real life guild meet ups. So far they have been in Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth. Keep the tradition alive and feel free to organise real life events in your home states. Its a great way to to put faces to names and meet new people."
Stay mature, stay friendly and above all else have fun. Its a game! Remember that!
